The Accommodation

comprises a double bedroom annex with shower room and sitting room including kitchen area.

Booking Procedure

Either telephone us on 01300 341514, fax on 01300 341944, Email us at "info@Mollys-Cottage.Co.UK or post the completed Booking Enquiry Form to us, Tim and Sue Stiles at 41, High Street, Sydling St Nicholas, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 9PD. to check price and availability.

Once we have confirmed the availability of your required dates you should send us a cheque for the deposit of 20%.

Once your deposit is received we will confirm the booking.

We will contact you again seven weeks before your holiday is due to start and ask for the balance of the cost which is due six weeks before the first day of your holiday.

We will then send you directions to find us.

We look forward to meeting you.

Additional Beds

are available in the sitting room if required at no additional cost if you bring your own bedding.

Bedding and Towels

are included in the cost.

Heating

is included in the cost.

Arrival

please arrive between 2pm. and 4 pm. or advise if later

Departure

Please vacate the cottage by 10 am. on the day of your departure.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required with booking.

Balance

The balance is due six weeks before start date and is non-refundable unless the cottage is subsequently re-let.

Late Bookings

Pay in full with booking or on arrival.

Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to make their own arrangements for insuring for cancellation.
